Numbers of 1:1 coaching clients are strictly limited to ensure elite and dedicated personal support. If we are at capacity we have a wait list.
Numbers within live programmes and clubs are limited to ensure comfort and optimum learning potential. Advance booking recommended. We monitor the groups at each club carefully to create the best dynamic for happy successful learning. Do get in touch to discuss your requirements for 1:1 or small groups.
Timings
Coaching and consultancy timing can be adapted to your changing global time zones by arrangement.
All online coaching on Zoom can also be combined with telephone call support and WhatsApp messaging support. Home in-person support globally on application.

Fees
Consultation, One to One Coaching & Tuition, Confidence Coaching, Travelling Tutors, Exam Assessment Preparation, Interview Preparation, Educational London Days Out, Holiday Workshops and Book Clubs please enquire.
Fees for children’s ongoing education support are on application and are paid termly or half-termly in advance, please enquire.

Appointments for consultancy, coaching and children’s places are secured on payment of termly fees.
Life happens and we will aim to reschedule where possible with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations are payable and non-refundable.
We really hope you will love your group coaching sessions with us and we want to make sure that they are fully beneficial for all our members, so if after the first group session the club is not suitable as decided by you, the tutor or club leader, fees will be refunded in full, effectively making the first class a trial session.
Whilst we only introduce tutors and coaches that we trust, it is ultimately up to you to decide if a tutor or coach is suitable for you. In the case of introductions, all fees and contracts are negotiated directly between you and your tutor or coach. We always aim to be on hand for help and advice. The introductory fee is non-refundable after you have confirmed that you are happy with your tutor but we will always endeavour to introduce another trusted tutor or coach if needs be.
Fees are non-refundable, however if there is availability, we will always try to accommodate catch up classes for missed sessions within the same term or you can offer the class to a friend.
